The Company has wide experience in construction and Mining industry activities, obtained from
different number of contracts awarded and implemented.
The contract implemented includes construction of German Roads, Rehandling, Land
Clearing and Demarcation at NORTH MARA GOLD MINE (BARRICK), Road Construction Tanzania
National Roads Agency (TANROADS) and Tanzania Rural and Urban Road Agency (TARURA).
Apart from experiences having, the company is well equipped in financial resources, in human
resource and in working equipment’s, machines and motor vehicles.
Financially the company has enough funds which are used to facilitate daily company operations
activities including administrative costs and execution costs for project activities.
On human resources, the company has well trained, qualified, and experienced staffs who are employed to
work in different departments/sections of the company to produce / provide high quality standards works
as per construction industry standards.
The company also owns several modern working equipment’s, machines and motor vehicles which are
used in the company to facilitate daily implementation of various activities in the company. The assets
owned are in a good order condition to carry on the construction works Table three below shows list of

company.
The Company is determined to meet client needs by providing high Safely, within scheduled time, budget and quality parameters in accordance with Construction Industry standards and general scope of work.
The Company intends to be the best and leaders in Mining and Civil Construction works throughout the country and across Africa delivering quality and excellence.
The overall management of the company is vested on the hands of Board of Directors whose members are
basically formed by the first three shareholders of the Company and two more members appointed by
shareholders. Board of directors is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the
company’s activities.
However, the day-to-day activities of the company are in the hands of Managing Director who is
the overall in charge for the implementation of board resolution. He is assisted by the General Manager,
Assistant General manager, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Financial Manager
